1. Sorting letters received from Companies House and Inland Revenue
Receiving all these letters regarding account due dates, annual returns or sometimes penalties etc and sorting them out can be a very time consuming and expensive process. VGB can help you with this process and below is how we work:
o You send us all letters by way of scan or we can get hold of them by way of VPN.
o We sort all the letters, inputting them into an excel sheet, separating them into Accounting and Annual Return notice.
o We send them to you in standard letter format.
2. Chasing of Accounting Information and Accounts
We can also chase accounting information on your behalf using your company e-mail address with your signature. The timing can be six months or three months before the due date or any other time frame you prefer.
We can also chase draft accounts from your clients should it happen that we receive all the accounting information, prepare the accounts and send the draft but then the client does not come back to us with a reply.
